BROCLI CLOUD / INVENTORY
Check availability before promising it.
A clear record of products, quantities and movements helps your team reconcile the screen with the shelf.

The problem starts before the apology
An item appears available but the picker cannot find it. Preventing that situation takes accurate records and regular checks as well as software.
Keep the catalogue workable
Manage product names, images, categories and prices. Review quantities associated with the merchant or warehouse when checking availability.
Understand why a quantity changed
Review purchase and sales invoices, returns, inbound and outbound records, and product movements over a period. The record gives the team a starting point for investigating a difference.
Keep physical checks in the process
Stock counts validate recorded balances. We demonstrate the current inventory screens and discuss who will record deliveries, returns and adjustments in your operation.
Questions from store owners
Does software replace stock counts?
No. Physical counts help verify balances and identify differences.
Does this include medicine batches and expiry management?
Quantity management alone does not establish those capabilities. Specialist requirements must be reviewed before proposing a pharmacy configuration.
Can we review purchases and returns?
The current product includes documented invoice and goods-movement functions, which we demonstrate against your workflow.
