Privacy

We use information sent by prospective customers through email or WhatsApp to communicate and assess their project. For a live customer platform, data categories, processing purposes and access controls are defined in the project documents.

The demo form on this site does not submit to a Brocli Cloud database. It prepares a message that the visitor chooses to send through WhatsApp.

Cloudflare may provide technical site usage analytics. If Google Analytics is configured, it loads after you opt in to usage measurement. We measure contact clicks and prepared demo messages without sending names, phone numbers or message text to it. Preparing a message does not confirm sending it or making a sale. Use the Analytics settings control, when available, to change your choice.

Data ownership and portability

Ownership of store, customer and order data, export formats, retention periods, and delivery or deletion at the end of service are defined in the contract. We do not assume one transfer format because each version and its integrations can differ.

Support and service level

Support channels, response targets, backup frequency, recovery objectives and planned maintenance are stated in the project offer. Availability or response-time commitments apply only when expressly included in the customer agreement.

Security and responsibilities

We define appropriate access controls, encryption, monitoring and protection for the approved architecture. The customer manages team accounts, passwords and granted permissions; infrastructure and application responsibilities are detailed in the scope of work.

Commercial terms

Price, delivery schedule, customisation, integrations, hosting, support, usage rights and termination are defined in the offer and contract. This website is informational and does not replace a signed agreement.
