What catalogue should go live first?
Choose products your team can keep updated. Each needs a clear name, pack size, image and price. Similar products must be easy to distinguish; a small and large pack should not rely on an image alone.
How do you prepare stock and coverage?
Review opening quantities and define who records changes. Choose the initial service area and explain its charge before checkout. Test addresses near its edge, not just an address next to the store.
Who handles an exception?
Assign responsibility for unavailable items, customer questions, refunds and failed delivery. Write the action staff should take and the approval they need. A short operational checklist is more useful than an undefined promise to “handle it”.
Which tests matter before launch?
- Place and prepare a normal order.
- Test an unavailable product.
- Check address and delivery-charge handling.
- Follow an order through driver assignment and delivery.
- Check cancellation and customer communication.
Test only payment methods actually enabled in your version.
What happens after the app is submitted?
Publishing accounts, review requirements and store approval are separate from software preparation. Agree who owns those accounts and who responds to review questions. Do not announce a guaranteed store approval date before the review is complete.
