Which orders count as completed?
Separate placed, cancelled and delivered orders. Use a consistent reporting period and state clearly which status is included. A rise in orders placed can hide a growing number that never reach the customer.
Where is time being spent?
Split the journey into waiting for preparation, picking and packing, waiting for dispatch and delivery. Look beyond an average when a group of customers experiences particularly slow service.
What do stock exceptions tell you?
Track missing items and repeated corrections by product. Investigate receiving, stock updates and physical counts. The useful outcome is a corrected process, not simply another chart.
How do you read order economics?
Start with the margin from the products and account for delivery income, fees, packaging and other order-related costs. Keep fixed operating costs visible separately. Use actual business records rather than an industry percentage copied without context.
What belongs in a weekly review?
Choose a small set of measures with clear definitions. For each issue, record an owner, an action and a review date. Brocli Cloud’s delivered-order revenue indicators are not a substitute for a complete profit calculation.
